We are looking for an experienced Head of Accounts (HOD – Accounts) to lead our finance and compliance function, bringing strong systems thinking, process orientation, and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex accounting and financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the entire accounts function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets management. • Developing and implementing effective financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify opportunities for cost savings, and optimize financial performance. • Providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for process enhancements. • Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
