Head of Engineering

We’re hiring a Head of Engineering to lead our combined Analytics and Data Engineering team, shaping the technical vision and driving AI-native delivery for 60+ high-growth clients.

• Lead and mentor a team of Data & Analytics Engineers

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap with AI at the core

• Integrate LLMs/GenAI across pipelines, dbt, documentation, and QA

• Drive innovation through internal AI platforms, experiments, and service offerings

• Ensure high-quality client delivery while translating AI efficiency gains into margin growth

• Support business development with technical authority

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in consultancy or high-growth environments

• Strong technical background in modern data engineering and analytics

• Modern Data Stack Experience with the likes of dbt and Snowflake is essential

• Track record of applying AI/LLMs in practical, impactful ways

• Coaching mindset and ability to develop senior engineers

• Commercial awareness of how technical decisions impact outcomes

• Remote-first, with collaboration in London and Netherlands

• £90–£110k (UK) or €100k - €125k (Netherlands)
