Head of D2C Performance & Growth (gn)

We are looking for a hands-on leadership figure to take charge of our D2C business, which has already established itself in the market after a rebranding process. The company makes two-digit million sales, has a financially strong investor behind it, and clear growth targets ahead. Now, we want to scale up the D2C channel: more revenue from Paid, Shop, and Retention, as well as new products and international markets. For this, you will be responsible for the entire D2C channel with direct reporting line to the management.

Your Tasks

You will be in charge of the complete D2C channel and will work closely with the management. This includes:

• You steer Performance Marketing and Paid, test campaigns, and scale what works.
• You are responsible for the Online Shop and Conversion and optimize the Customer Journey on a daily basis.
• You build CRM, Retention, and Flows out and integrate them with the Shop.
• You go into the data and lead from there to determine the next steps.
• You lead your D2C team operationally and work closely with Operations for clean growth.

Your Profile

• You have already been responsible for a D2C or E-Commerce business, e.g., as Head of D2C, Head of E-Commerce, or Head of Growth.
• You have managed Paid budgets yourself and scaled them data-drivenly.
• You have operated Shop, Conversion, and Retention and increased revenue measurably.
• You have worked at the interface to Operations and led a team operationally.
• You communicate in German and English confidently.
