Head of Cyber Operations

The Head of Cyber Operations will lead the organisation's cyber defence capability, overseeing 24x7 Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering and Incident Response. The role is responsible for driving the transformation of Cyber Operations into a proactive, intelligence-led function while strengthening the organisation's cyber resilience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the enterprise Cyber Operations function, including SOC, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering and Incident Response; Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of Cyber Operations; Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and integration of Cyber Operations with overall business objectives; Provide expert advice and guidance on cyber defence matters to senior management and other stakeholders; Oversee the development and maintenance of threat intelligence capabilities, including the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat information; Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the cybersecurity community; Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of cybersecurity and apply this knowledge to continuously improve Cyber Operations; Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to cyber defence.
