To drive our growth forward, we're looking for you as Head of Customer Success (m/w/d) at the location Deggendorf or Munich.

What's expected of you
- You'll take overall responsibility for the Customer Success area, including strategy, goals, and priorities.
- You'll build scalable onboarding, implementation, and support processes and continuously develop them (Playbooks, Standards).
- You'll lead, coach, and grow an expanding Implementation and Customer Success Team further.
- You'll ensure a seamless customer lifecycle – from onboarding/go-live to adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- You'll manage customer projects, including prioritization, resource planning, and capacity management.
- You'll take over escalation management for critical customer cases and ensure sustainable solutions.
- You'll define, track, and report relevant KPIs (e.g. adoption, CSAT/NPS, churn/retention, time-to-value) and actively steer their development.
- You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Development to maximize customer success and product quality.
- You'll represent the voice of customers internally and bring their feedback directly into product and service improvements.
- You'll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and set account strategies together with Sales.
- You'll build scalable processes, standards, and playbooks and optimize them continuously.
What makes you out
- You have a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B-industry or SaaS environment.
- You have proven experience in building and scaling teams.
- You know cost engineering tools, component calculations/should-costing, and/or PLM/PDM systems and can place these topics securely in the customer context.
- You have ideally experience with ERP systems and bring knowledge of SAP-MM (procurement) or comparable modules.
- You have experience in software implementation projects, including project management, customer control, escalations, and time-to-value responsibility.
- You know implementation and onboarding processes and are strong in project management.
- You act strongly customer-oriented and steer relationships securely up to management/C-level.
- You work data- and KPI-driven and can translate insights into concrete measures.
- You work structured, pragmatic, and self-responsible in a dynamic environment.
- You communicate very well in German and English – written and spoken – and present convincingly.
