Head of Customer Success (m/w/d)

We are a dynamic company that has been redefining further education for several years. With creative concepts within our Academy, technical refinement of our platform and a strong team, we set new standards. Therefore, we are looking for (preferably) from June 2025 a Head of Customer Success (m/w/d) to shape the future of further education together with our customers and partners.

What you do

As Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our Customer Success Teams. You will develop sustainable customer retention strategies, optimize our processes and ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive Customer Success strategy for the gyde Academy and gyde Platform (SaaS)
• BUILDING, LEADING AND DEVELOPING THE 5-PERSON CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM
• Analysis and optimization of the customer journey to maximize satisfaction and retention
• Participation in the pricing of our further education offers
• CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH SALES, MARKETING AND PRODUCT TO CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE OUR OFFERS

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in the field of Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Experience or experiences in corporate consulting
• First leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong analytical and strategic skills for data-driven process optimization
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Resilience and humor are important characteristics at our company
