Head of Credit Trading

We are partnering with a well-established international financial institution with a strong presence across Global Markets, particularly in Emerging Markets and structured solutions. As part of its continued expansion in Asia, the firm is looking to appoint a senior Credit Trading professional to build and lead its regional franchise. Responsibilities Lead the development and growth of the Credit Trading business across Asia Drive revenue generation through market making, proprietary positioning, and risk management strategies Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including banks, corporations, and institutional investors Collaborate with other departments within the firm to identify opportunities for growth and expansion Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the team on Credit Trading initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Credit Trading, with experience in building and leading teams, as well as developing and implementing trading strategies. A deep understanding of Asian markets and financial systems is essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of driving revenue growth, managing risk, and building strong relationships with clients.
