Head of Creative

We are looking for a person for the role of Head of Creative for our Milan office.

The Webranking creative team is mainly involved in conceiving and creating creative concepts, defining social strategies and managing their channels, producing content in our studio, with external parties or via AI.

You will be the point of reference and the driving force of the Creative area: you will be responsible for orienting its growth, developing internal and external opportunities and relationships.

We are looking for a figure with vision, leadership and strategic sensitivity to give impetus to the internal creative culture, inspiring people and projects. A figure capable of combining creativity, technology and business vision to elevate the quality of projects and the profitability of the area, tasked with defining the service narrative and supervising, at a management level, the bidding narrative, ensuring coherence, impact and alignment with the agency's positioning.

Role

As Head of Creative you will be responsible for:

Vision and development

• You will translate the direction and company objectives into a structured area plan, defining its pillars, priorities and new narratives to be developed.
• You will contribute to the evolution of the area's services and internal processes, bringing new approaches, working methods and collaborations with external parties with a view to continuous innovation and efficiency.
• You will govern the economic data of the area in order to work with a view to improving the overall profitability of the services.

Customers, prospects and projects

• You will be a strategic and creative point of reference for the most complex and high-impact projects, participating in key moments with customers, fostering dialogue and bringing vision, concreteness and value.
• You will supervise the quality and coherence of creative proposals and channel strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with the brand objectives and the agency's vision.
• You will collaborate with the other operational areas of the agency (media, strategy, CX...) in order to bring the creative point of view to the project and to improve internal collaboration flows

Team leadership

• You will lead the creative team, facilitating their professional development by building growth paths and stimulating the continuous improvement of hard and soft skills.
• Together with the Creative Directors, you will manage staffing and workloads, maintaining a balance between efficiency, quality and the well-being of the team.

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in the creative or strategic field, with a background in agencies or complex digital realities.
• You have managed multidisciplinary teams of more than 10 people and know how to combine empathy, method and leadership.
• Excellent relational and communication skills, you like to work transversally with other company functions.
• Advanced English
