Aufgaben

Führung und Entwicklung eines internationalen Creative-Teams:

• You will take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of an international team consisting of classical designers, 3D designers, motion designers, AI content creators, and videographers and create a culture where creativity and performance go hand in hand.

Steuerung des kreativen Entwicklungsprozesses:

• You will be responsible for the entire advertising production process and ensure that quality and timing are always at the highest level.

Strategische Kundenbetreuung & Beziehungsmanagement:

• You will actively build new customer relationships, manage strategic key customers independently, and convince them proactively of our solutions.

Positionierung & Vermarktung von adlicious:

• You will drive the positioning of adlicious and our products in the market actively forward and ensure that our brand is clearly and convincingly perceived by customers and partners.

Teamplanung & strategische Weiterentwicklung

• You will plan the strategic and personnel development of the department and develop the team further.

Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit:

• You will work closely with other units together and consistently bring in the creative perspective to realize common campaign solutions at the highest level.

Einsatz von AI & Innovation:

• You will drive the integration of AI-based tools into the creative production process forward and position adlicious as an innovative pioneer in the field of Creative Solutions.

Qualifikation

Führungserfahrung in kreativen oder Marketing-Umfeldern:

• You have several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary teams – ideally in an agency, AdTech, or media environment – and bring fundamental knowledge of team management, performance feedback, and team development with you.

Expertise in Marketing & Creative:

• You have a deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising strategies as well as creative production processes and can seamlessly combine both worlds to align them with business goals.

Kommunikative und überzeugungsstarke Persönlichkeit:

• Your open and authentic approach makes you the ideal contact person for customers and internal stakeholders – whether in strategic briefings, presentations, or direct relationship-building at decision-maker level.

Unternehmerisches Denken & Ergebnisorientierung:

• You think and act entrepreneurially, keep economic goals in mind, and actively contribute to the further development of adlicious and our product portfolio.

• You have secure German language skills in writing and speaking as well as fluent English language skills.
