You lead a creation team that's bursting with ideas, and you set the creative direction. You're responsible for vision, quality, and growth without operational stress in individual projects. With your own creative energy, you inspire people to take risks and raise the bar for strong brand moments. Together with HR, you build an A-team of videographers, designers, and strategists – in Cologne or Hamburg 🚀

• **Leadership:**You set vision & standards, make clear decisions, and are responsible for impact, quality, and budget.

• **Service-Design:**You sharpen our portfolio, test formats, and build offers that measurably move customers forward.
• **Kundenwachstum:**You recognize potential and lead upsell & cross-sell initiatives that sustainably boost revenue.
• **Teamausbau:**Together with HR, you take over candidate selection & hiring and form a diverse, high-performing team.
• **Kapazitäten:**You plan resources efficiently, prioritize smartly, and ensure reliable delivery without firefighting.
• Production & Creation: You understand photo-, video-, and content production, spar with videographers and designers, and ensure smooth workflows from conception to post-production.
• **AI-Setup:**You establish creative workflows – faster iteration, more variants, better hit rate.
• **Qualitätsrahmen:**You lead playbooks, reviews & templates in – fewer loops, more consistency, and wow.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You have several years of leadership experience in creation (preferably agency) and lead interdisciplinary teams safely.
• Creative-Drive: You radiate idea enthusiasm, inspire people, and create spaces where strong ideas emerge.
• Production-Sense: You know the workflows of content-, photo-, or video production and can evaluate setups, timings, and budgets securely.
• Performance Marketing: You understand online & performance marketing and think creatively consistently on impact.
• People-Lead: You coach at eye level, set clear expectations, and develop talents noticeably further.
• Ownership: You take responsibility, make quick good decisions, and hold course – even in headwinds.
• Hiring-Fit: You love recruiting – from profile sharpening to selection – and work closely & structured with HR.
• Sprachskills: Perfect German and good English.
