Job description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Corporate Finance to lead the company’s financing operations across debt and capital markets, with a focus on the needs and dynamics of the Company in manufacturing & heavy industry & energy sectors. The role requires strong background in corporate finance, experience in syndicated loan structuring, negotiations under LMA frameworks and exposure to bond and capital market financing. A key responsibility will be to ensure optimal capital structure to support working capital, capital expenditures  needs as well as financing of large-scale energy investment projects. Reports to: CFO / Executive Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and manage syndicated loan facilities with domestic and international banks 
  • Negotiate and review financing documentation in line with LMA standards 
  • Lead financing rounds for working capital cash and non-cash facilities, CAPEX-heavy projects, equipment investments 
  • Develop and execute strategies for bond issuances and capital market instruments
  • Read and assess complex business plans and long-term cash flow models to support investment decisions 
  • Lead and mentor the corporate finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions, rating agencies, insurance agencies and capital market stakeholders 
  • Monitor compliance with financial covenants, support refinancing and liability management processes 
  • Monitor current market conditions, interest rates, and economic trends for hedging options for interest
  • Provide strategic input to the CFO on capital structure, cost of capital, and funding diversification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking, ideally in heavy industry or commodities 
  • Proven experience with syndicated financing, LMA documentation, and cross-border financial structures 
  • Knowledge of bond markets and regulatory frameworks for public and private debt instruments 
  • Ability to understand and challenge industrial business models, long-cycle investments, and project finance structures 
  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and executive-level communication 
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) 
  • High financial acumen, strategic mindset, and experience managing complex deals
