We are looking for a Head of Controlling (m/w/d),

who will do much more than just 'turning numbers'

Sought is a personality that understands controlling as an instrument of steering,

creates transparency and strategically accompanies the management.

This role is ideal if you want to combine analytical strength with entrepreneurial thinking

and have the ambition to shape structures sustainably.

The role – what it's really about

In this function, you will be responsible for developing the entire controlling,

including financial management. You will become a sparring partner on eye level for the

management and actively shape the future of the company.

Aufgaben

What you can expect in terms of content

• Development of controlling and financial management mechanisms

• Development of a modern, data-based reporting (including automation & dashboarding)

• Analysis and control of central KPIs (turnover, margins, demand etc.)

• Derivation of clear action recommendations for management & departments

• Operational responsibility in daily business

• Leadership and development of the existing team

Qualifikation

Professionally

• Multiple years of controlling experience in the B2C sector, ideally in a
• retail company
• Safe handling of KPIs and business connections within a retail company
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good Excel and reporting skills
• Experience in process optimization and automation
• Clear leadership style and ownership mentality

Personally

• Passion for numbers and genuine enthusiasm for controlling
• Able to challenge topics and create clarity
• Empathetic, team-oriented working style
• Proactive, forward-looking attitude
• High stress tolerance and structured approach
• Interest in new technologies (AI, automation etc.)
