Head of Controlling (m/w/d)

Energetic industrial company seeks experienced leader as Head of Controlling (m/w/d) full-time.

• Leadership and development of a team of five employees, as well as cross-location coordination of controlling topics

• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory and internal requirements

• Guidance and implementation of the annual budget planning process

• Preparation and analysis of reports including result commentary for management and other stakeholders

• Development of business plans and implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations

• Implementation and monitoring of KPIs to measure performance and improve it

• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the finance, production, and sales departments for continuous process and result improvement

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or equivalent qualification

• A minimum of seven years of professional experience in the industrial sector with a focus on controlling

• Demonstrated leadership experience and success in leading and developing teams

• Good knowledge of SAP and experience with other relevant IT systems is an advantage

• Willingness to travel occasionally for assignments at other locations

• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking

• Leadership position with high autonomy and scope for design
