Our Mission: We enable companies to approach KI strategically, equip teams with the necessary skills and mindset, and implement projects successfully. snipKI ensures that KI reaches people – positively accepted, productive, and secure in their daily work. To achieve this, we focus on KI-Enablement and empower employees in medium-sized enterprises and enterprises to really use KI. What sets us apart: Our formats are up-to-date and tailored – not just for companies, but also for individuals.

Our goal: We want to become the KI brand in the DACH region – when people think of KI, they should think of snipKI. This requires trust and strong content. That's why we want to become a genuine Content- and Media brand in the KI sector. We're growing quickly and working remote-first.

Your Mission

As Head of Content, you'll be responsible for our entire content – strategically and hands-on. The ideas come from the whole team. Your task is to turn them into real content: You decide which content goes on which channel, produce it yourself – supported by internal and third-party KI systems – and ensure that everything fits together seamlessly. You'll have full oversight of our content and make snipKI as a brand visible.

Tasks

You'll be playing these channels

• Newsletter
• The LinkedIn profiles of our founders and team members
• Our company's LinkedIn account
• Our new podcast (in development)
• Our YouTube channel
• Our website (testimonials, case studies) and other social media channels
• And further experiments with new channels

Your tasks

• You'll translate themes and ideas into a cross-channel content plan and decide what goes where – LinkedIn, newsletter, podcast, YouTube, or multiple parallel.
• You'll produce hands-on: You'll write strongly (or let KI write and give it the finishing touches), create images, and edit videos – supported by internal and third-party KI systems.
• You'll publish and manage the editorial plan: what appears when and where.
• You'll build our company's LinkedIn account and develop personal profiles for founders and team members – and your own, of course.
• You'll ensure brand consistency and premium quality across all channels.
• You'll recycle content and spin it further (e.g., individual content pieces from our study data) and collect customer testimonials & case studies – for the website and social media.
• You'll build our new formats: podcast, YouTube & Co.

Qualification

Your profile

• You're enthusiastic about KI and use KI tools confidently – for text, image, and video, including tools like Claude.
• You're creative and hands-on: You can create images yourself and edit videos – supported by KI.
• You have an eye for brand, design, and storytelling and know what works on which platform.
• You have a great sense of language and communication and write excellently in German.
• You work independently, grab ideas, and spin them further on your own.
• You're quick, pragmatic, and deliver – even without everything being precisely detailed.

Nice to have

• Experience in building LinkedIn profiles, newsletters, podcasts, or YouTube channels.
• Visual and editorial storytelling, photography, Adobe Creative Suite.
• A founder- or maker-mindset.
