Head of Content (m/w/d) - Berlin

At RealStudio, we currently have a team of over 20 people and are growing strongly. Specifically, we are looking for a Head of Content, who will take our entire content production and strategy to the next level – strategically and operationally.

Your tasks at RealStudio:

• BUILDING, LEADING AND SCALING OUR CONTENT TEAM (Creative Strategists, Videographers & Editors)
• Responsibility for the entire content pipeline – from idea to production to deployment
• Development and implementation of scalable content processes, playbooks and quality standards
• Recruiting, onboarding and coaching new content creators and creatives
  Analysis of content KPIs and continuous optimization of performance
• Direct collaboration with the founder on growth strategy

Tasks

Your tasks at RealStudio:

• BUILDING, LEADING AND SCALING OUR CONTENT TEAM (Brand Manager, Videographers & Editors)
• Responsibility for the entire content pipeline – from idea to production to deployment
• Ensuring excellent customer service: You are the central interface between our customers and the content team
• Development and implementation of scalable content processes, playbooks and quality standards
• Ownership over customer satisfaction, retention and upselling potential
  Recruiting, onboarding and coaching new team members
• Analysis of content KPIs and continuous optimization of performance
  Direct collaboration with the founder on growth strategy

Qualification

What you need to bring:

• Proven experience in content production – ideally in an agency or performance marketing environment
• First leadership experience or clear evidence that you can build and develop a creative team
• Hands-on mentality: You produce yourself and lead the way
• Deep understanding of short-form content, TikTok and social media platforms
• Strong creative instinct paired with data-driven thinking
• Residence in Berlin or willingness to move to Berlin
