Head of Content (m/w/d)

Hello, we are 8PM SOCIAL. We're building an app that rethinks Social Media: Without addiction algorithms, endless scrolling, or AI fakes. Real connections instead of maximum screen time.

Tasks

To achieve this, we're looking for a Head of Content (m/w/d) who can help us bring our vision to life. Young, ambitious team in Munich, brutal speed, and the chance to pull out an entire generation from the algorithm loop.

Qualification

We're looking for someone who is witty, authentic, and energetic, fluent in German, lives in front of the camera, plans, films, and edits videos independently, and wants to get better faster than everyone else in the room. Recent graduate or bachelor/master degree holder, commitment, and learning speed trump experience.
