Head of Content - OnlyFans Creator Management Agency (100+ Accounts)

We are an agency managing 100+ adult content creators (OnlyFans), with a chat, marketing, and production team. We are looking for the person responsible for all content: what is filmed, what is posted, what is sold, on each account. 🌟

What you will do day-to-day:
– Content calendar for each account: wall, PPV, OFTV, materials for ads;
– Clear briefs for creators filming themselves, at home, with deadlines;
– Filming sessions (organization, script, shot list);
– Lead a team of editors and the posting coordinator;
– Monitor sales performance (revenue per PPV, conversion per post) and adjust;
– Work daily with account managers and the sales team;
– Knowledge of Adobe Suite (video & photo), CapCut, FaceApp or other AI software, Canva and any other cool design tool.

What we are looking for:
– 3+ years in influencer / talent management, content production, or marketing agency, with self-producing creators;
– Have managed 20+ accounts or campaigns in parallel, with calendars and deadlines;
– Make decisions based on numbers, not personal taste;
– Fluent English; Spanish is a big advantage;
– Comfortable with the industry and explicit content.
