The Role We are seeking a Head of Consulting Services to lead and grow our consulting practice. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of forecasting and decision support in a dynamic and mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing and executing our consulting strategy, and managing a team of consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, experience in forecasting or a related field, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on the world. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. * Develop and execute our consulting strategy, including identifying new market opportunities, developing service offerings, and driving revenue growth. * Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance. * Collaborate with the product and research teams to integrate our forecasting platform and research insights into consulting engagements. * Contribute to thought leadership through publications, presentations, and other outreach activities. * Oversee project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on strategy, management, or technology consulting. * Experience in forecasting, decision analysis, risk management, or a related field preferred. * Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements, including managing budgets and project timelines. * Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Experience developing and executing business strategies and driving revenue growth. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling preferred. * Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred.
