Working time : 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM Wording Days : 6 Days Working Website : www.asmitagroup.com Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Head of Construction - Residential Projects to lead and manage our construction projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering technology, deep knowledge of project management, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead construction projects from planning to execution. - Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality parameters. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project. - Develop and implement effective project management strategies and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management. - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Mivan shuttering technology is desirable.
