Head Of Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will lead compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with AML/KYC regulations and industry standards globally. Key Responsibilities: * Define and oversee compliance framework across regions. * Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, KYB, and fraud prevention regulations. * Liaise with regulators and industry bodies. * Develop compliance training and monitoring programs. * Manage compliance audits and risk assessments. * Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments. * Provide guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the RegTech or Fintech industry. * Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and global compliance standards. * Experience with IDV (Identity Verification) processes. * Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. * Proven ability to manage and lead a team. * Experience interacting with regulatory bodies.
