Head of Communications & Brand (m/w/d) Our client is a well-known tourism marketing organization based in Salzburg, seeking an experienced and committed individual to lead the departments of Communication, PR, Media, and Brand Management & Production/Brand Steering. Your tasks: Leading the departments of Communication, PR, Media, as well as Brand Management & Production/Brand Steering Communication towards the outside as Corporate Spokesperson Public Affairs (over)regional Development and implementation of a comprehensive communication strategy for the organization's internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and media representatives. This includes developing and implementing effective communication strategies, creating content, managing crisis situations, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand image. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing media coverage, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on these. Your expertise in crisis communication and reputation management is also highly valued. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong leadership and project management abilities. You should have a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is required. German language skills are essential, with English being an added asset.
