Head of Commercial (Civil / Building) – RKHOC

Main job function Responsibilities are grouped into five key areas. Each area focuses on strategic commercial leadership, contract management, pricing, market growth, and cross-functional collaboration. 1. FRP Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth Define and execute the commercial growth strategy aligned with company leadership ambition Drive revenue growth across products including: Manholes, Roofing Sheets, Water Tanks, Pipes, Stadium Seating, Rail & Transport components Identify high-impact marketing opportunities to drive revenue growth Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for all products Ensure alignment of commercial goals with company objectives 2. Contract Management Negotiate and manage contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Manage contract renewals and terminations to minimize disruption to business operations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective contract management processes 3. Market Growth Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across products Identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure market growth success 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment of commercial goals with company objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective processes for contract management, pricing, and revenue growth Ensure seamless communication across functions to drive business results 5. Reporting & Analysis Provide regular reporting and analysis on commercial performance to senior leadership Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs
