HEAD OF CNC DEPARTMENT

Orienta S.p.A. Società Benefit filiale di Treviso selects, for a metalmechanics sector client company, a HEAD OF CNC DEPARTMENT in San Vendemiano (TV). Main responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the department and operational management of numerical control machines. The resource will work closely with the Production Manager, contributing personally to production activities and team management. Main activities - Coordinate the team and manage the CNC machines; - Manage the production process and ensure timely delivery of products; - Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize production processes; - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations; - Develop and implement procedures for the efficient use of resources; - Monitor and control production costs; - Analyze and solve problems related to production; - Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure proper functioning of machines. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; - Strong knowledge of CNC machines and numerical control systems; - Excellent organizational and leadership skills; - Ability to work in a team environment; - Good communication and problem-solving skills.
