Aufgaben

Everything that happens in the club – on and off the court.

As Head of Club Experience / Programming (m/w/d), you will be responsible for what our members and guests experience in mitte clubs. You will work directly with the CEO/Founder and shape the program that makes mitte a living Third Place – sporty as well as culturally.

Your goal: a scalable program foundation that runs equally high-quality in every mitte club – today in a handful of clubs, tomorrow in a nationwide network.

Your tasks:

• Sporting Program: You build the sporting layer of mitte – from tournament formats to academy structures and coaching standards.
• Nonsporting Formats: You develop cultural and social formats that make our clubs hubs for various experiences.
• Kids' and Family Programs: You build programs that get kids and families excited about Padel – as a central lever for community and long-term bonding.
• Coaches & Program-Verantwortliche: You build the network of coaches and program leads on site, including standards, selection, onboarding, and development.
• Scalable Playbook: Everything you build flows into a living Experience Playbook that every new club can adapt to from day one.
• Data-based Steering: You steer your role along clear KPIs – court utilization, program participation rate, retention, member satisfaction.
• Interfaces: You work closely with Brand, Operations, and Product to ensure the experience in the club aligns seamlessly with brand, community activation, and member journey.

Qualifikation

• Operator Mindset: You have built programs and scaled them – whether sporty, culturally or both. You think in systems, playbooks, and KPIs, not in single events.
• Multi-Location Experience: You have managed programs in a multi-location context – ideally in premium sports, boutique fitness, hospitality, member club, or a comparable lifestyle brand.
• Sport Affinity: You have a genuine understanding of sport, athleticism, and sporting communities. Padel background is preferred but not a K.O. criterion – what's more important is that you quickly understand the sport in its depth.
• Curatorial Sense: You have a fine sense for formats that bring people together – and for the tone that fits a premium brand.
• Strategic Thinking & Operational Implementation: You develop not only concepts but also brings them to life on the court and in the club. You are at home in strategic discussions with the CEO as well as in detail work on the season plan.
• Leadership Competence: You build external networks and internal teams, develop them further, and lead them to high standards.
• Experience: At least 5-7 years of professional experience in program, experience, or operations building – ideally in an environment that combines premium expectations with rapid growth.
• Languages: You communicate confidently in German and English – written and spoken.
• Company Building: You have a desire to actively contribute to the build-up of Europe's leading Padel operator – with ideas, initiative, and genuine responsibility. Nothing happens unless we do it.
