Head of Clinical Project Management

Job Description Your Mission As HCPM, you’ll be the driving force behind our clinical project management team. You’ll lead, coach, and empower Clinical Project Managers to deliver high-quality research projects that truly make a difference. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure optimal resource allocation, training, and strategic planning. You’ll also play a key role in business development, client engagement, and quality assurance—ensuring every project is executed with precision and dedication. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing project management processes, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities, and develop project proposals and business cases to support strategic initiatives. You’ll be the go-to expert for clinical project management best practices, and will provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
