Head of Clinical Project Management

Job Description Your Mission As HCPM, you’ll be the driving force behind our clinical project management team. You’ll lead, coach, and empower Clinical Project Managers to deliver high-quality research projects that truly make a difference. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure optimal resource allocation, training, and strategic planning. You’ll also play a key role in business development, client engagement, and quality assurance—ensuring every project is executed with precision and dedication. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing project management processes, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities, and develop project proposals and business cases to support strategic initiatives. You’ll be the go-to expert for clinical project management best practices, and will provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success. You’ll be the driving force behind our clinical project management team, and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed with the highest level of quality, integrity, and professionalism. You’ll be the key liaison between our clinical project management team and other departments, and will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, and will work closely with team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
