Head of Client Services

About the role Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking a new Head of Client Services to lead the Client Services teams through a pivotal season of growth and transformation as CAP delivers its newly refreshed Debt Help Service . This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring strategic leadership, sector expertise and a passion for impact, to a refreshed and future-focused CAP. Reporting directly to the Services Director , you will oversee all aspects of Client Services operations, including client-facing services, team management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with the Services Director to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve outcomes, and enhance the overall client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to think strategically.
