Fostering a team-oriented, motivating work atmosphere
Safeguarding and further development of care and quality standards
Strategic planning and steering of care processes and resources
Active interface work with internal and external partners in healthcare
Your qualification: Successfully completed training in the field of geriatric care or health and nursing care
A recognized qualification as a responsible care professional according to § 71 SGB XI or comparable further education
Practical experience in leadership in stationary long-term care is an advantage
Safe handling of relevant laws, guidelines, and quality systems in the care sector
High level of leadership competence, empathy, and communicative strength
