MILES Mobility seeks an entrepreneurial leadership personality as Head of Business Unit.
You will take responsibility for a strongly growing business unit with significant revenue, your own team, and clear P&L accountability.
You will work at the speed and ownership of a startup - but with the infrastructure, brand, and support from MILES.

Your Responsibility

• Responsibility for the further development of the business unit
• Steering of revenue, profitability, KPIs, and growth
• Further development of strategy, pricing, and go-to-market approaches
• Identification and testing of new growth levers, products, and customer segments
• Leadership and further development of a cross-functional team
• Tight cooperation with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Product, Tech, and Marketing
• Definition of clear interfaces and handover points to other teams
• Building reporting structures and data-based decision-making foundations
• Cooperation with the leadership team on budget, resources, and priorities

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role, e.g.: Commercial Leadership, General Management, Startup / Scale-up, Consulting, Entrepreneurship
• Experience with P&L-, revenue-, budget-, and team accountability
• Strong commercial understanding and analytical thinking
• Experience in building and further developing teams
• Hands-on mentality and high self-responsibility
• Able to structure, document, and implement processes
• Very good stakeholder management
• Sympathy and communication strength in cooperation with other teams
• Secure handling of KPIs, business cases, and data-based decisions
• Fluent German and English skills
