Tasks

• You lead and develop the small team further - and build on that your further career
• You actively shape the close cooperation with the production sites
• You function as a Business Partner with Sales and local organizations - so that profitability can be optimized at business area level (DB1, Gross Margin)
• You work directly with the management team (CEO) together
• You enjoy engaged Forecast Management
• You prepare scenarios, reports (cost and performance key figures, e.g. Soll-Ist-Analyses and productivity) with the team, so that recommendations for action can be derived
• You provide reliable analyses and business cases for all management levels as well as ad-hoc analyses, which serve as a basis for genuine management

Qualification

• You bring a degree in Business Administration (or comparable) or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Controlling
• You draw on over 10 years of experience in Operational Finance (e.g. professional experience in production controlling, knowledge of standard costs, cost accounting, etc.)
• You are characterized by a deep understanding of Financial Forecasting and relevant KPIs in combination with SAP/ Power BI, etc.
• You are solution-oriented, have a hands-on mentality, go extrovertedly on various levels of the organization to stakeholders and colleagues - for the greater good
