Tasks

• Leadership and development of the Business Development team
• Identification and strategy development of new market potential in the industrial environment together with the management board
• Care of new customers/large projects from acquisition to completion
• Strategic build-up and maintenance of customer relationships, as well as positioning the company as a main partner
• Responsibility for sales and growth targets

Qualification

• Completed education or degree, e.g. in business administration, engineering, or environmental science
• Experience in leading sales teams and business development
• Expertise in industrial processes and resource management as well as sustainability & circular economy
• Fluent German and English skills for negotiations
• Travel readiness
