Head of Business Development

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious leadership figure who drives our growth and unlocks new business opportunities. As Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in our company's strategy.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of the Business Development Strategy in close coordination with the management team
• Identification, analysis, and unlocking of new markets, business fields, and growth opportunities
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AS WELL AS KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
• Leadership and further development of the Business Development Team
• Negotiation and conclusion of cooperation and framework agreements
• Market and competitive analysis as well as trend observation
• Representation of the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events

Qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Development, ideally in Tech
• Demonstrable successes in building new business fields and strategic partnerships
• Outstanding analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills, additional languages are an advantage
