Job Title: Head of Business Development - Renewable Energy RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading Renewable Energy company, is seeking to employ a skilled and experienced Head of Business Development with proven sales management expertise in renewable energy, particularly in PV, BESS, and generator integration projects. The position is based in Somerset West, Cape Town. Requirements: Relevant Sales / Marketing qualification 5 years of complex sales management experience within the renewable energy industry, preferably in the solar and energy storage sectors. Proven track record of successful business development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, including PV, BESS, and generator integration projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility. Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, including PV, BESS, and generator integration projects.
