Tasks

• Sales strategy for building the platform, including user acquisition and partner management
• Identification, evaluation, and establishment of strategic partnerships
• Collaboration with Tech, Marketing, and Management on product development
• BUILDING a scalable marketplace or platform ecosystem
• Responsibility for marketing and sales measures to develop offer and demand
• Active customer service for key customers and partners (Key Account / Key Partnerships)
• Analysis of market, competition, and user data for further development of the platform

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in business development, ideally in the context of platforms or digital marketplaces
• Demonstrable experience with marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales approaches
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Able to translate ideas into measurable results
• Experience working with digital products and cross-functional teams
• High level of self-initiative, structure, and clear communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building something new
