ROLE SUMMARY The Head of Business Development Management (Insurance) - Digicall is responsible for leading the development of new business opportunities within the insurance sector. This role will focus on identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the insurance market Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key players in the insurance industry Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing efforts KEY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the insurance sector Strong understanding of the insurance industry and market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs) We offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers and employees
