As Head of Business Applications & Platforms, you will be responsible for the critical system landscape at tectake and lead the related specialist teams. You connect technological excellence with entrepreneurial thinking and ensure that our systems not only function reliably but also actively contribute to the company's success.

You will develop our system landscape strategically further. By scalable and integrated business applications and platforms, you lay the foundation for further growth. AI and automation set you where they create measurable added value.

Deine Aufgaben:

• You will develop and be responsible for the strategic roadmap for the entire business application landscape and align it consistently with the company's goals.
• You establish a scalable platform and data architecture with seamlessly integrated systems.
• You identify and realize potential for AI and automation with measurable business impact.
• You ensure an integrated system landscape along central business processes from procurement and logistics, product and media management, customer management and e-commerce to data intelligence and AI-supported automation.
• You lead, motivate, and develop the areas under your responsibility.
• You are responsible for budget, prioritization, and the guidance of external partners and service providers.
• You work closely with departments and technology together and ensure that technological investments create lasting business value.
• You monitor relevant developments in the fields of e-commerce, enterprise architecture, data management, and AI and evaluate their potential for tectake.

Unsere Anforderungen an Dich:

• Multiple years of leadership experience in the context of business applications, enterprise IT or e-commerce platforms
• Experience in leading teams or organizational units
• Fundamental understanding of ERP-, CRM-, WMS-, PIM/DAM-, shop- and integration platforms
• Numerous experience in further developing complex system landscapes
• Good feeling for the economically sensible use of AI and automation
• Strategic, data-driven thinking with pragmatic implementation strength
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively link business and technology
• Very good German and English language skills
