What you can expect from us:

You'll take on comprehensive responsibility for brand and marketing – strategically as well as operationally.

• You'll sharpen our brand positioning and develop a clear messaging architecture for all channels (Online, Social Media, Showroom, Events)
• You're responsible for the entire media mix (Paid Social, Google Ads, SEO, Print, OOH) including budget allocation between brand-building and performance
• You'll optimize our performance channels, develop tracking and attribution models further, and ensure sustainable ROAS- and CAC-steering
• You'll build a comprehensive marketing dashboard and lead clear connections between marketing spend, revenue, and profitability
• You'll report directly to CEO and CFO and create fact-based decision-making grounds
• You'll lead and develop our 6-person marketing and content team further
• You'll establish efficient workflows, clear responsibilities, and a performance-oriented hands-on culture
• You'll work closely with sales and product management to optimize campaigns for inventory levels, product roadmaps, and seasonality
• As an active member of our strategic leadership circle, you'll shape the further development of the brand and business actively with

What we're looking for:

• Multiple years of experience in a leading marketing function – ideally in D2C-, E-commerce-, omnichannel- or lifestyle-environments
• Fundamental experience in performance marketing as well as a deep full-funnel understanding from awareness to conversion
• Hands-on mentality: You can plan campaigns strategically, but also optimize them operationally if needed
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Structural strength: You bring order into creative processes and achieve efficiency through clear workflows and tools
• Analytical sharpness when dealing with KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and CLV
• Reporting competence at the executive level – you can explain marketing impact clearly and comprehensibly
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
