yummy was founded in 2021 in Munich, with a mission that fits into three words: Real Food. Now. We make healthy instant meals that taste good.

We are growing triple-digit and have doubled our revenue last year. Today, we stand in over 2,000 supermarkets in Germany, by the end of the year it will be more than 6,000. With our paid social campaigns, we reach over half of all users in Germany. Twelve products, an aggressive launch strategy, a community that is growing. And a brand that is just starting to take off.

What we lack: The person who makes yummy the next big love brand in Germany and beyond. Maybe you are that.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for the overall image: Brand, Organic Marketing, Social Media, and Community all come together under your umbrella.
• You develop the brand strategy that makes yummy the #1 Ready-Meal-Lovebrand. Instant as technology, Real Food. Now. as core.
• You build a community that burns for yummy and our mission.
• You produce content that really engages: organically, sustainably, virally.
• You think brand and paid as one system, not two departments.
• You know how to make faces into brands. Founder Visibility is part of your plan.
• You recognize trends before they become trends.
• You build yourself a long-term team.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in brand marketing or social media in a dynamic environment.
• You have built and not just managed brands and communities.
• You master content and social strategies, PR experience is a plus.
• You have led people or trust yourself to build and develop a team.
• You think strategically and still take action.
• You burn for healthy nutrition, food innovation, and startup culture.
