Requirements

• Hold current Queensland College of Teachers registration (preferred) or a valid Blue Card
  
• Prior leadership experience
  
• Strong understanding of student wellbeing, pastoral care, and relevant legislation
  
• Represent the school positively within and beyond the community
  
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues
  
• Maintain a professional standard in conduct, appearance, and communication
  
• Comply with child protection policies, codes of conduct, and school procedures
  
• Report suspected child abuse as required
  
• Complete mandatory compliance and training, including Child Protection and Anaphylaxis, within induction and annually
