This company are one of the biggest and most successful businesses within their niche FinTech market space and have massive plans to build brand new Tech, Data & Delivery teams in 2025. This has come off the back of a hugely successful 10+ years where they have established themselves in multiple countries and picked up numerous awards within the industry.
They partner with some of the biggest global FinTech companies and process lots of different data variants across the industry. They are looking for a Head of Backend Development to contribute to their growing product suite, where they develop backend applications using Python OR Golang. They are looking for experience, a varied set of skills and technologies and desire to keep learning. If you come from a FinTech background great, but not essential!
This role is based in London and they are looking for people with Russian & English language skills which will help bridge the communication gap across various global teams. They can offer a relocation package to the UK and once started, would require you to work 2 days a week in their London offices!
Role Responsibilities:
Salary: £110,000 - £140,000

- 10+ years backend development experience.
- 5+ years experience in technical & people leadership.
- Essentials: Python OR Golang, Linux, AWS, RestAPIs.
- Additional: Kubernetes, Node, Gitlab, SQL, DevOps.
- Good collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams.
- Excellent experience in leading projects in developing backend applications.
- Confident Russian & English language skills.
- Location: London. Relocation Package of £10k.
- Hybrid Working – twice a week in the office.
- They sponsor and provide VISA support.
