You will be the key contact for all matters related to our Austrian operations, working closely with our international teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive market strategy for Austria, focusing on growth, customer acquisition, and retention. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and industry experts. • Collaborating with our international teams to ensure the successful integration of Austrian operations into our global platform. • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in Austria, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and revenue. • Developing and managing a high-performing team in Austria, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Staying up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments, adapting our strategy accordingly. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Fluency in German (spoken and written). • Familiarity with the Austrian market and regulatory landscape is an asset.
