Role Overview The Head – AI & Automation will define and drive Techmagnate’s AI strategy across business functions—from marketing operations, reporting and analytics to data-driven decision making, process automation, and predictive modeling. This role requires a deep understanding of AI applications in various industries, as well as the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap that aligns with our company's overall vision. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in AI or a related field, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of AI applications across various industries, including marketing, finance, healthcare, and more. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful AI strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
