The Role

As Head of Architecture & Real Estate Development Hospitality (all genders), you will be responsible for the strategic, conceptual, and operational management of all planning and construction activities within our company. Your focus will be on the scalable, cost-effective, and brand-compliant development and standardization of our hospitality product – from planning to construction to handover to operations. Together with our interdisciplinary project teams and external planning and construction service providers, you will ensure a timely commissioning of our expansion locations.

Your Tasks

• You will develop and implement a company-wide project development strategy.
• You will be responsible for the further development of departmental structure and processes, ensuring smooth cooperation with external parties.
• You will standardize our product consistently.
• You will define design, space, and furnishing standards (Design Guidelines, FF&E, material concepts).
• You will internationalize our FF&E/mobility production.
• You will create feasibility analyses, project budgets, and time plans and ensure their implementation.
• You will align yourself closely with the company's leadership, the expansion department, and operations.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or real estate management.
• You bring several years of professional experience in a leading role in project development, architecture, or property representation.
• You can demonstrate notifiable experience with hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality-related projects.
• You have high process affinity, particularly to planning and construction processes.
• You possess fundamental knowledge of German building regulations, VOB, HOAI, etc.
• You are confident in handling relevant CAD programs, preferably Graphisoft Archicad.
• You are familiar with controlling instruments, KPIs, and project management methods.
• You confidently interact with external planning offices and (construction) service providers.
• You speak German at least at language level B2 and English at least at language level C1.
• You use digital tools with ease, recognize potential, and are enthusiastic about how AI can make your working life more efficient.
