Head of APAC Liquidity Provision Technology Algo Trading Development Team Our client is seeking a technology leader to head Asia Liquidity Provision Technology, responsible for overseeing and expanding algo development across Asian markets. In this role, you’ll bridge high-level execution strategy with technical delivery, helping drive the architecture, reliability, and performance of low-latency execution platforms that support execution algorithms, smart order routing (SOR), and homegrown trading systems. You will be expected to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying these platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and meeting the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading technology teams, preferably in the financial industry, and possess strong technical skills in areas such as Java, Python, C++, or other relevant programming languages.
