Responsibilities
  • Define the scope, positioning, and roadmap for the Agentic AI practice.
  • Design and lead scalable and reusable advanced agent architectures.
  • Lead end-to-end multi-agent solutions, integrated with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS).
  • Ensure agent governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Lead and develop a senior multidisciplinary team (engineering, data, architecture, consulting).
  • Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring time-to-value and industrialization.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
  • Manage technological alliances and stay up-to-date in the Agentic AI ecosystem.
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or Data & AI.
  • Solid experience in Agentic AI and intelligent agent-based systems.
  • Previous experience as a Practice Lead, Head of Practice, or similar role (hybrid leadership/execution profile).
  • Experience in enterprise environments and/or technology consulting.
  • Engineering degree and specialization in AI (Master's or PhD valuable).
Technical Knowledge
  • Agentic AI architectures and autonomous systems.
  • Foundational and multimodal models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
  • Advanced RAG, Knowledge Graphs, memory, and grounding.
  • Agent orchestration (Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Vertex AI, OpenAI Agent Builder).
  • API-first integration and event-driven architectures.
  • Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • LLMOps, AgentOps, and MLOps.
