Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in economics
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience
- Excellent communication and relationship skills

- Ability to plan, organize, and be meticulous in completing tasks assigned
- Capacity for effort to achieve objectives, responsibility

- Experience in coordinating a team constitutes an advantage
- Residence in the municipality of Bacau

Responsibilities:

- Organize and manage agency activity in accordance with legal regulations

- Organize credit activity to ensure clear and effective separation of promotion and sales functions from analysis function

- Follow up on achieving indicators set through the income and expense budget

- Follow up and transmit timely data and reports requested by third parties
