Job description
Role Purpose The Head – Administration will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving a world-class workplace experience across the Noida Corporate Office and Noida Manufacturing Plant. This role goes beyond traditional administration and facilities management — it is about creating an employee-centric, safe, efficient, compliant, and engaging work environment that enables productivity, collaboration, and organizational culture. The incumbent will act as a culture carrier for the organization, fostering a sense of belonging among employees, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being; • Collaborating with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of administrative functions; • Managing budgets, resources, and vendors to deliver high-quality services; • Building strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners; • Providing exceptional customer service to internal clients; • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies; • Developing and maintaining effective communication channels; • Fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement; • Leading and managing a team of administrative professionals; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed; • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in administration, HR, or a related field; • Proven track record of driving employee engagement, retention, and well-being; • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; • Experience working in a multicultural environment; • Certification in HR or a related field is an asset.
