ABOUT THE ROLE Were looking for an innovative Head of Ad Tech to lead our advertising technology strategy and drive innovation in the rapidly evolving advertising landscape. This senior leadership role, reporting to the Chief Information Officer, is perfect for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise who thrives on building cutting-edge ad tech solutions, optimising programmatic campaigns and scaling revenue through advanced advertising technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic leaders who can develop and execute innovative ad tech strategies that drive business growth are highly sought after in today's fast-paced digital landscape. As the Head of Ad Tech, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers and developers to design, build, test and deploy cutting-edge ad tech solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including sales, marketing, product and engineering teams. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the advertising technology space, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad tech, with experience in developing and implementing innovative ad tech solutions that drive business results. You should have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, including ad exchanges, supply-side platforms, demand-side platforms, and data management platforms. Additionally, you should be familiar with various ad formats, such as display, video, native, and mobile. A strong technical foundation in areas like cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning would also be beneficial. The ability to think strategically, build strong relationships, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively are essential for this role.
