Aufgaben

• You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team and continuously develop your employees.
• You are responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• You ensure compliance with national and international accounting guidelines as well as statutory requirements.
• You optimize accounting processes and actively drive digitalization and automation projects forward.
• You accompany economic and business audits and coordinate cooperation with external auditors and authorities.
• You create informative reports and analyses for the national and international management.
• You work closely with the Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and other Finance functions.
• You are responsible for continuously developing internal control systems and relevant compliance processes.
• You contribute to international finance projects and the development of ERP and financial systems.
• You support strategic decisions through thorough business economic analyses and recommendations.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of leadership experience in accounting at an international company.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting according to HGB and IFRS.
• You have extensive experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• You work safely with modern ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA or comparable applications.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• You drive process optimizations and digitalization projects forward with high initiative.
• You work analytically, structured, and maintain a clear overview even in demanding situations.
• You convince through your confident demeanor, leadership skills, and outstanding communication strength.
