We are looking for an experienced individual as Head of Accounting & Finance (m/w/d) at our location in Brehna (Greater Halle/Leipzig). In this key position, you will bring your experience in accounting, risk management, and capital market projects – and seize the opportunity to make a significant impact on topics such as IFRS conversion, M&A transactions, and IPO preparation.Your Tasks:- Leadership of the IFRS conversion and implementation of international reporting standards
- Steering of M&A transactions and integration
- Further development of risk management and IKS systems
- Satisfaction of regulatory requirements (LkSG, CSDDD, CSRD)
- Planning, structuring, and coordination of the IPO process
- Optimization of processes in accounting
