For a client company, we are looking for a Head of Accounting Department who will work in the administrative office reporting to the CFO and will contribute to the development of companies operating in the production of high-tech robotic electromechanical plants. The professional will be based north of Milan and will work in a highly technological, innovative, and dynamic environment. We are looking for a Manager to implement the company's internal staff, will interface with all company departments and will have the following responsibilities: - Team Management;
- Support the CFO in implementing company policies and required processes;
- Support the CFO with analysis and reporting activities;
- Prepare financial statement drafting activities;
- Stimulate and develop team skills;
- Coordinate activities within their competence;
- Respect the timelines for implementing group plans and directives;
**Who do we need?**
- Degree in Economics or equivalent diploma
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position
- Good knowledge of business accounting
- Proficiency in the Office suite: Word, Excel, email
- Analytical skills
- Relational and communication skills
- Strong propensity for in-depth analysis, strong result orientation, rigor, precision in one's work with high attention to detail
- Organized, discreet person, with strong organizational skills, seriousness, and self-assurance
